AEK Athens Football Club (Greek: ΠΑΕ A.E.K. [aek]; Αθλητική Ένωσις Κωνσταντινουπόλεως; Athlitikí Énosis Konstadinoupόleos, meaning Athletic Union of Constantinople) used shirt with embroidered patch on the front and print on the back. It's an old supporters shirt and has cracks on the print (See images), only for true fans and collectors.
