This vintage 70's Lundby dollhouse comes furnished with furniture and accessories, making it a perfect addition to any collector's collection. The mid century style and 1:12 scale add to the charm of this wooden dollhouse, which is perfect for display purposes. The set includes various items such as a couch, table, and beds, among others, that will allow buyers to customize their dollhouse to their liking. The lot is ideal for those who appreciate vintage items and want to add a unique piece to their collection. Lot also includes wallpaper so you can redecorate the inside or outside walls. There is a bench and a bed missing a couple legs. All the other pieces seem to be in good shape, all are used so minor wear should be expected. I try to show overall condition in pictures. Accessories include wall art, dishes, Pots & pans, silverware, bags of flour/sugar,etc. There is also a set of wall heaters, brass candle stick holders & a few lamps (table lamp & ceiling lamp). Additionally, a couple of small porcelain dolls come with the set. The scale seems to be mostly 1:12 although I believe there are a few items that may be smaller and larger. Some items I believe are Lundby brand, but there are various other brands included. Doll house will be emptied before shipping and all furniture and accessories will be packed separately. Note that a few pieces of wall art are stuck to the wall so they will remain. I think you are able to hook electricity up to these Lundby houses somehow, I am not sure how that works exactly so if there is some type of electrical function within, it has not been tested.
