Description

Vintage and unique handcrafted two story farmhouse with a sun room and spiral stair case , 2 stories and peaked roof with f ireplace, even has fire engine emblem at roof line. Switches and receptacle at roof peak (Needs to be rewired). All original from craftsman, circa 1940's. All rooms as shown furnished with area rugs and alike, also shown are additional accessories in photos (picture for walls, butter churn, fireplace accessories, wash bowls, broom, wall clock, night stand with night stand phone on it, additional wall phone and accessories in photos shown items, you must zoom in to see perfect condition.. All wood construction, external stairs front and back of building. The sunroom has glass (plastic) panel doors into the living room. Nice condition for age, but needs some new wall finishes and such. Very well built, like a tank. Additional accessories shown in photos Size: House is 24"W x 26 1/2" L x 32" H to top of peaked roof not including chimney Stand substantially made (solid wood) adds another 15" in height, foot print same as house.
