Perfect for a unique gift or a new addition to your own collection. This dollhouse sofa was recently found during an estate clean out, and it still appears to be in acceptable condition, in my opinion. However, it is vintage and does show some signs of minor wear (Sold As Is) due to age and play over the years. For example, I don't know if the legs have been broken off or if that's how it's supposed to look. Additionally, it does smell like old fabric. So you will definitely want to keep that in mind if you are sensitive to that. The size is approximately 2.25" tall x 4.25" long x 2.5" wide.
